

Doug Rawson, Founder & CEO
Doug Rawson is the Founder and CEO of Superior Lithographics. He is a recognized industry expert with 30 years experience in package printing. Doug has guided the company's growth with a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of package printing. Through his leadership, Superior has grown from 5 to 75 employees and generates revenues of almost $20 million. Superior has won numerous industry awards for printing excellence.

Doug is an Executive Board Member of the Printing Industries Association of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from George Washington University.
Andrew Rawson, President
Andrew Rawson is the President of Superior Lithographics. He is responsible for managing the company's talented team and implementing the vision of service excellence established by his brother Doug, company founder.
Prior to joining Superior, Andrew held senior leadership positions in the computer software, construction and real estate industries. He has led a variety of successful companies during their early growth stages, including Coscan Homes, Magic Solutions, Business Layers and RightAnswers, Inc. He has also served as an adviser to investment firms such as the BRM Group and Edison Venture Fund.

Rawson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Connecticut College and has served on the advisory board of numerous corporations.
Rudy Chavez, Vice President of Operations
Rudy Chavez is Vice President of Operations at Superior. He is responsible for managing a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that operates three shifts per day. During his 20 years at Superior, Rudy has been a driving force in helping the company double in size and transform itself from a conventional print shop into a fully-automated, state-of-the-art packaging printer.

We stay on top of new developments and dedicate a great deal of time to training and certifying our pressmen and calibrating and testing equipment. It's not enough to say we're good. Megan Sullivan, Sales Manager
Megan Sullivan leads the sales organization at Superior. A well-respected member of the printing community in Southern California, she combines a background in graphic communications with proven abilities in developing and implementing creative sales management strategies. Since joining Superior in 1999, she has been instrumental in building a knowledgeable sales organization of packaging experts.

Everyone on my team is a smart problem-solver. We actively listen and find creative ways to help customers 'stay out of trouble' and get exceptional results."
Megan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic communications and print management from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo.
Michael Paranal, Controller
Mike Paranal is the Controller at Superior. He is responsible for aligning the company's financial needs and business goals. Prior to joining Superior, he was a senior tax consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP.
"My focus is getting the systems and processes in place to take us to the next level, while controlling costs. It's a unique opportunity to help the business evolve into a larger organization."
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2009, he was chosen to participate in a comparative tax policy program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and graduated valedictorian and summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He earned a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) degree from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
