We run the largest, most modern printing facility in our market. Our two, brand new, computer controlled MAN Roland 900 and KBA Rapida 162A presses turn over 24,000 sheets per hour running in tandem. While our industry workhorse Miehle 77 is the largest sheet fed press in our market.

Our modern presses are equipped with digital ink sentinels that deliver consistent color saturation during long runs. And scanning densitronomy ensures that we match our proofs the first time and every time!

Feature rich presses that automatically wash blankets, hang plates and scan approved colors deliver sub-hour make readies further enhancing our ability to quickly produce quality work.

Our paper operations include the ability to process roll-stock at almost 1,000 feet per minute on dual rolls. The effective throughput of this operation is almost half a mile of paper converted every minute.

We also inventory widely used paper stock in both roll and pre-sheeted sizes for short run jobs. For established customers with unique needs we inventory their particular papers as well.

We use twin helical-knife technology, an auto-web splicer, and an in-floor track and trolley system coupled with a Non-Stop Grid System that ensure dust free paper and hickey free printing. We cut so precisely that we avoid post-press trimming. Our inventory of roll and sheets include: 70lb., 80lb., 100lb., 10pt, 12pt, 14pt, C1S and C2S.

Our gluer is suitable for 4-and 6-corner boxes, cake, gift and bottom folding boxes as well as standard box production. With a machine speed of 400 meters per minute, we can produce upwards of 20,000 pieces per hour.

We utilize the latest in high tech gluer technology including high strength, low noise flat belts for high efficiency and quick setup, dual servo motors with four nozzle cold and hot-glue spray functionality.

Our 102" Cutter features double steel blades with two sets of worm gears for super fast and accurate cuts. We use electro-magnetic clutching for precise braking and utilize a digital control board for fast setup and repetitive cuts.

We have our own fleet of vehicles for local and mid-range delivery. Our two loading docks accommodate 53' trailers and our vertical pallet storage facility with narrow isle articulated forklifts let us store almost 500 palates of finished goods in addition to 250,000 cubic feet of on-site roll storage.
